Restaurant: Cruise Restaurant & Bar Address: 23/F, West Tower, Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, 1 North Point Estate Lane, North Point Cruise on the top at Hyatt Centric a coool harbour view and yumm yumm foodss lovelyyyy The view actually exactly same as our room haaa, but so cool with relaxing music and good weather yayayaa, at the weekend, the room isn’t so full i guess around 70% full, and happy we got a window seat table haaa so coolll And we ordered Lunch and Bubbles (brunch menu, cause too many foods laaa it’s not easy to finish them all lolllll) including seafood platter, main dishes, green food, rice and dessert so let’s see what we have had haaaa Shrimp chips is so crispy and they can fill up if you want haa Seafood platter i would say is quite outstanding, the food is fresh and sweet, first the oysters are quite good even not so big but so sweet with a bit of salty, i like scallop so sweet, king salmon is fresh and sweet yum yum my favorite one haaa, the fat ratio is good, though tuna is just soso not too sweet, sweet shrimp is soso goood sweeet with smooth texture i’m love in it even if not big fan of shrimp haaa Canadian lobster is good with many many roe haaa, lovely one, roe is my favorite food haaa sweet richt and yummy, strong lobster flavor but the lobster legs are too salty because of sea water oh my goodness, i like roe much better lorrrr so sadly Spicy Green Stuff having korean fried broccoli with chili seasame, hope not too spicyyy pleaseee, but i would say it indeed spicy and sososo spicy oh my good but i like crispy layer and you won’t know it’s broccoli if you didn’t see the menu lolll, so cool to try this yayaya Indonesia Bro with braised beef short ribs having good taste and tender beef so delicious haa Pork knuckle with asian salad, i like crispy pork knuckle but i am not so liking the side salad which indeed asian styled lolll, with strong taste of sourness, and a bit thai style lolll, the knuckle is quite good cause the chef taking out the bone and you won’t feel it’s the knuckle part but the middle tender meat haaa, soft pork with crispy layer haaa, so different from the one we tried outsides, kinda of a bit fusion one yaya, quite nice, the texture is so good fat and meat is in right balance Water spinach is not bad putting some chili and fried onion, even not my favorite but still good try ha Egg Fried Rice taste nice, having a normal standard haa Last but not least, our dessert coconut ice cream in paris brest, so happyyyy and so surprised they putting birthday chocolate piece by the side haaa, the taste is good too, strongg coconut flavor for the ice cream ohhh, Paris Brest is a French dessert, made of choux pastry and a praline flavoured cream, on the top with some carmel sauce the taste is nice won’t too sweet but again so so full already but indeed to see that lovely dessert, they making your paris brest in front of you haaa, the texture is so complex tooo mixed with different layers The portion i would say if you having a breakfast already it’s a bit too muchhh, and we can only finish 60% of foods it’s already so good, and the restaurant is so environmentally friendly too, they will help you pack the food you haven’t finished and so good cause we have so many foods left lollll, so full already and waiting for the dessert The environment is good with harbour and nice music, top of the hotel, haaa, and the food taste so good and yummy yumm yumm, we enjoyed so much here lovely time yoyoyo, such a good restaurant you gonna enjoy here haaa Taste 4.5 Envir 5 Hygiene 4 Service 4 Value 4 #foodie #hongkong #dinning #delicious #hotel #seafood #cuisine
