W Hotel Buffet Dinner: Global Campfire BBQ Theme with Limited Surprise Dishes

                 —— 𝐊𝐈𝐓𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐛𝐲 𝐖 𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥 📝Recorded first visit to W Hotel for buffet This time I tried the "Universal Campfire BBQ" buffet dinner🦀 I didn't expect that there are many Singaporean dishes that I personally like quite a bit! Later I found out that those models are also the highlight of the hotel✨ The special feature of the buffet at W Hotel There will be 3 limited surprise dishes one night ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Whenever a bell rings take Nalin to find where the meal is distributed Every time I hear it I am unconsciously excited and nervous 🤣 That night there will be flower jelly bacon + cheese baked crab lid + flame assorted fruit ice cream 🥳 The restaurant environment is very spacious and comfortable many people at the same time to pick up food will not feel crowded Personally quite appreciate the restaurant furnishings and design in terms of hotel buffets The self-service area belongs to the open kitchen type The space is not very large but there is a lot of variety of food! 🔥Global Campfire BBQ'自助晚餐（$638/位） + with free flow selected sparkling wine, house wine, beer, soft drinks & juice + Hours: 6:00-9:30pm 🦞 Frozen seafood area There are many styles and everything is fresh including open-sided lobster / sea snail / blue mussels / emerald mussels / emperor crab legs / cooked shrimp / bread crab / mussels and so on Even the sauces have more choices. I quite like the mayonnaise with lobster 🍣 Sushi and sashimi area Sashimi waiting for salmon/sashimi/tuna And a variety of sushi rolls to choose from ~ 🥗 Appetizer area In addition to the basic salads, there are also a variety of cheeses (even Burrata are available!) / ham frozen meat / dried fruits / nuts and biscuits / bread, etc. Surprisingly, even Teochew stew! 🔥Hot food area Western Indian Japanese Cantonese Grilled seafood everything including Herb Grilled Lamb Rack/Grilled Oysters/Grilled Shrimp/Japanese Chicken Skewers/Grilled Wagyu Steak/Stuffed Squid Balls/Grilled Mexican Corn/Pepper Crab/Miso Salmon/Carrot Beef Tenderloin Personally, I highly recommend the delicious pepper crab with fried buns🥰 The crab meat was cooked just right and the meat was very!very!very smooth Then with fried buns is the highlight of the night dipped in a dip of the sauce is very delicious! 🍲Main food area Highly recommended Lasagna - The coconut milk flavor of the soup is quite strong The ingredients are fresh shrimp + fishballs + bean sprouts with secret kunba sauce, which is delicious enough This really feels like an instant trip to Singapore/Malaysia! There is also a Chinese and Western soup. The night there is herbal black chicken soup, which is enough to be healthy~ 🥧Dessert area Highly recommend the melted pandan curry tart and bean curd ❤️ There are also impromptu performances of flame assorted ice cream / dark chocolate cake / sago cake / jelly beads / mini ice cream / pistachio strawberry cake / macaroon / cheesecake / cranberry custard / hazelnut tart / puffs and more For a buffet This quantity of desserts is really incredible. Just eating desserts is full~ Overall, it is a very good value for money buffet option🥳 The 600 mosquito seats include basic soda, tea and coffee It also includes all-you-can-drink sparkling wine/red and white wine/beer.
