A place in Soho where select shops are gathered

PMQ is just a short walk from the escalator that goes up the hill on Hong Kong Island. It's conveniently located in Soho, so it's easy to get to. It's also close to Tai Kwun. It's a commercial facility with a variety of independent shops, including shops by handmade artists and select shops. There are shops all the way to the top of the building. There is also an aerial garden on the upper floors. It's not very large, but locals use it to walk their dogs. There are also places to sit.
