Tsuen Wan｜Japanese Tempura🍤 Specialty Shop Signature Tempura Tiger Prawns are a must-try!

A new Japanese food court has opened in Citywalk, Tsuen Wan. This time, I visited a restaurant specializing in Japanese tempura 🍤. The Japanese wood-style decor makes it feel fresh, clean, and comfortable ☺️ ‣ Tempura Soba (Hot) ($128) This is one of the restaurant's signature dishes. The tempura includes two tiger prawns, crab sticks, shad, cuttlefish, corn, and okra. The tempura was perfectly prepared, crispy and not greasy. Of the ingredients, the tiger prawns were the best, and the shad was also good 😋. The soba noodles were generously portioned, and the broth was the typical Japanese soy sauce broth. ‣ Selected Seafood Donburi ($98) This dish features all the ingredients tempura, including tiger prawns, shad, cuttlefish, corn, lotus root, and a runny egg. The tiger prawns and shad were the best. The tempura egg was a very innovative creation, and it felt very special ❤️ ‣ Plum-Pickled Cherry Tomatoes ($23) This snack was a real surprise! The center of the cherry tomato was filled with plum juice and was incredibly plump. 😍 Underneath, there were shredded cucumbers, very fresh. 🫶🏻 ‣ Fermented Black Bean Soup This bowl of fermented black bean soup was also very high quality. 😘 It had just the right amount of saltiness; both the tofu and the mushrooms were fragrant. ‣ Salad The salad was fresh, and the sauce was tart and appetizing. 👍🏻 💭 C͟o͟n͟c͟l͟u͟s͟i͟o͟n͟ Tempura-themed restaurants are quite rare in Hong Kong's culinary scene. This restaurant does a great job, and the food quality is quite good.
