🍣 Cooked by Japanese chefs! It feels like you are in Tsukiji

The day of my visit was New Year’s Eve, the last day of 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑. On this big day, of course I had to reward myself for my hard work for a year (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)～ 🇯🇵 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐇𝐈 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐀 Sushi Masa is a sushi restaurant run by a Japanese chef. In addition to the basic hot food, hot pot, and sushi, there are also chef-made dishes💓! Make a reservation in advance on the day and sit at the sushi bar smoothly. Eat while watching the Japanese chef making sushi. What a great atmosphere~ ☆ Chef's office 🍣$𝟏𝟑𝟎𝟎/person Includes: 𝟑 types of sashimi, 𝟏𝟎 pieces of sushi, today’s recommended dish, miso soup and dessert. The sashimi includes Ishigaki sea bream, yellowtail and mid-length toro. The sashimi is so fresh, the Ishigaki sea bream is seasoned with yuzu peel, fresh and sweet ☺️～ The sushi includes squid, needlefish, white kelp mackerel, grilled alfonsino, salmon roe, sea urchin, redfish and my favorite big toro 😍!!! The sushi rice has a moderate acidity. My favorites are the big toro that melts in your mouth and the alfonsino seasoned with a little soy sauce~ Today’s recommended dish is mackerel Saikyo grilled! The fish is sweet and firm, and the lotus root slices are crispy. So delicious~ Finally, there is the Matcha Red Bean Monaka Mochi😝, which is perfect for my taste💓! It would be better if the Monaka Mochi was a little crispier～ The overall quality is satisfactory, just like traveling back to Japan (≧▽≦)～ #RegisterHotelTestSleeper
