All-you-can-eat Canadian Snow Crab Legs in Tsim Sha Tsui

"fennel" Located in Shan Lin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, this restaurant specializes in Thai and Western fusion. The entrance of the shop is decorated with an idyllic feel, but the shop has a style, and there is also a terrace location. The menu has several semi-buffet packages at different prices, I chose the $438 per person 4-course set, including a fine salad bar/is a Japanese soup/appetizer/main course. The most attractive of the fine salad bar must be the all-you-can-eat Canadian snowfield crab legs, all you can eat this is cheap 😆 The rest also have salmon crispy / various cheese / lantern sausage slices / salad / fruit and so on. I got at least 4-5 rounds both front and back. 🫢 The soup is pumpkin cream soup, quite creamy and quite smooth. For appetizers, I chose the spiced chili paste squid cone and Thai fragrant grilled devil fish. The squid is very bouncy, slightly spicy and quite tasty, with onions and three-color peppers very crispy; the latter tastes salty and slightly spicy, the fish meat is chewy, even the fish bones can be eaten. For the main course, I chose the pan-fried American top beef tendon and pan-fried goose liver and black truffle chicken rolls. The beef tendon is seven percent cooked, the outer layer is pan-fried, but the inside is still rich in meat; the chicken rolls are wrapped in goose liver, then topped with black truffle, and the outer layer is pan-fried, rich in taste.
