Specialty dim sum restaurant in Nina Plaza

I was planning to go to Tsuen Wan New Terrace for dinner on Saturday night, but I had to wait for a seat at most restaurants So I walked to Run Xin Plaza to try my luck, and finally found a restaurant to eat in without waiting for a seat. The restaurant has very spacious seats and a quiet environment with Chinese characteristics. The restaurant mainly eats dim sum, all kinds of dim sum, tonight ordered delicious #weekend out pickled fish, three-color pepper stir-fried goose intestine, shrimp dumplings, crab claw rib rice, dessert mangosteen sweet soup. Savory pickled fish The ingredients have lots of sprouts, the fish soup is full of sourness, with a little spicy, very appetizing... The fish is thick and big, the meat is tender and affordable... Shrimp dumplings The skin of shrimp dumplings is thin, and there are two prawns inside each shrimp dumpling. They are soft and juicy, delicious... Rice with crab legs and ribs Normal, though not lost, but if the steamed rice can be a little dry it would be better. Stir-fried goose intestine with three-color pepper flavour The fried food is excellent, comparable to the standard of a big stall. The goose intestine is crispy and bouncy, and it's better with white rice. Mango pomelo sago Dessert is however not lost, acceptable, if there is skim milk topping is better.
