A new cultural center

The Xiqu center is part of the west Kowloon cultural district and can be accessed via Austin MTR station. It is an imposing building that is beautifully lit up at night to get an idea of the depth and size of the building. It’s purpose is mainly to house performances of traditional Chinese opera and theatre. Even if that’s not your thing, heading over just to see the building is enough in itself, while exploring the rest of the Cultural District.
