Had a very chill afternoon

wow! Last time I went to @hyattcentrichongkong with my beautiful mother and had a chill half day! First we went to the 180 degree infinity pool to swim and take pictures, then sipped afternoon tea while looking at the view of the Victoria Harbor to chat! These are the real metimes!! (All afternoon teas will enjoy the 3-hour swimming pool) The hotel has recently launched a summer afternoon tea. The restaurant is very comfortable and gives people a warm feeling. The restaurant also offers soufflé pancakes, cotton candy and ice cream. First up were the appetizing four savory dishes, with French foie gras frozen tart and lobster bun. The goose liver jelly is delicious and served with passion jam and cocoa crumbs. The lobster bun in addition to the delicious lobster meat, topped with mango and lime juice as well as vanilla sauce, really deserves praise. There was also a toast with tomato salsa and avocado, and the wagyu burger was topped with black garlic mayonnaise, too juicy and tender, simply perfect! Next up is the dessert! Their desserts include strawberry tarts and mountain chocolate puffs. The strawberry tart is filled with vanilla custard, fresh strawberries and strawberry jelly. The chocolate puffs are the perfect combination with chocolate cream and brandy chocolate sauce, as well as coconut mango cups and pistachio soft cheesecake. Mango and coconut bubbles with passion juice. This time the afternoon tea was really great, both the environment and the food were excellent!
