#Waffles and Shrimp Cakes I recently visited a #Western restaurant INN - I’m Not Nothing located in an industrial building in #Lai Chi Kok. The environment of the restaurant is pleasantly surprising, and Waffles really likes the three paintings on the wall. As for food, we ordered the pan-fried tiger prawn and tomato spaghetti ($158). The tiger prawns were big, the spaghetti was just the right amount of softness, and the tomato sauce was excellent, with the natural flavor of fresh tomatoes. We also ordered the slow-cooked Iberico pork saddle with peach sauce ($238). The saddle has five large pieces, and the slow cooking makes the meat tender and tasty. Not much marinade is used, which can better highlight the aroma of the Iberico pork. There are many kinds of side dishes, including salad, broccoli sprouts, potatoes and carrots, and they taste good. The finale dessert was the cinnamon apple almond caramel cream pancake ($78), which was served with a wafting cinnamon aroma. The French pancake was soft and a little chewy, and the applesauce was sour but not greasy at all.
