【House Garden】Lam Tsuen Garden Dinner in Tai Po

To celebrate the Xth anniversary of my acquaintance with my boss, we decided to go to the Tingyuan Restaurant "Ho Hua Ting" in Lam Tsuen, Tai Po for a good meal. Served with mustard sauce and Provence herbes sauce, the several delicious flavors roll around in the mouth at the same time, which is a real treat for the tongue. 👍🏻 Grilled American Beef Short Ribs – My boss doesn’t like eating beef short ribs raw, so he requires them to be cooked 70% done. It’s rare that the ribs can still retain their juiciness at this level, and the meat is thick and has a strong meaty flavor. 😁 Black Truffle, Oyster Mushroom Risotto – The risotto has a chewy texture, and the black truffle and wild mushroom flavors blend perfectly, giving it a rich flavor. 😌 Baked Flamed Snow Mountain – This dessert has a high exposure rate in OPENRICE. The owner said that the last time he ate it was more than 30 years ago.
