Worship the large Guan Yin statue at Xishan Temple

Visit Tszshan Temple, a temple that opens for 500 people per day and requires a reservation 1 month in advance. We couldn't make a reservation 1 month ago 😅 Luckily, someone canceled during the time we were going, so we were able to make a reservation on the last day before our flight. It's a beautiful, peaceful, and very clean place. Under the base of the statue of Tszshan, there is also a museum with beautiful old Buddha statues. Don't forget to go and see it. It rained all day when we went, but we were lucky that the rain stopped when we arrived and then rained again when we were about to leave 😊 #tszshanmonastery You can make a reservation through the temple's website. If you can't make a reservation, check the website as it gets closer to the date in case there are any cancellations. 🚇 You can take the East Rail Line (blue line) to Tai Po Market Station, take Exit A3, and then take bus No. 20B to the entrance of the temple. Then walk up the hill for another 10-15 minutes, or if you're too lazy to walk, you can take a taxi from the train station. 🚙 P.S. Since it was raining on the day we went, we took an Uber from Tsim Sha Tsui. The fare was HK$185. On the way back, it started to rain again. We planned to go to Che Kung Temple, so we called an Uber again. But this time it was expensive, HK$243! 🥲 If you go with a lot of people, I recommend this as an alternative. If there are adults, it's very convenient. #HongKongTravel #HongKong #HongKongTravel

Happy Chinese New Year ! Tsz Shan Monastery (TSM) planted 500 peach blossom as offering to Buddha, wishing merits and blessing for Hong Kong. The peach blossom trees forming a flower pathway next to the Goddess of Mercy aka “Kwun Yum”. Truly a peaceful and beautiful place to be on the first day of the year of Ox. Cleansing yourself with the aura around TSM, wishing for a happy and healthy year, where challenges transformed into opportunities; and weakness converting into strengths. #tszshanmonastery
