After get off work, I want to find a place with a good atmosphere and can accommodate a group of people. FireBird is a good choice of Japanese yakitori bar restaurant. The best of the four is of course the fragrant and juicy minced chicken stick! 🍤Jumbo shrimp tempura set ($158) The tempura batter is not too thick, and the shrimps are quite large and the meat is very chewy. 🐮Special Beef Skewer Set ($188) Compared to chicken skewers, beef skewers are more attractive. The sweet skewers sauce makes the whole thing more appetizing. 🦑Whole Japanese Squid Grilled ($108) The squid is very thick and the meat is very elastic. 🥚Mentaiko with Tamagoyaki ($48) The sweet tamagoyaki is eaten with the salty and fragrant mentaiko. The texture is soft and there is soup when you bite it, which is very good. 🍶Sake-cooked clams ($88) The flavor is quite rich and it is still hot when served. It looks like a simple dish, but it is delicious. 🐮Japanese Marbled A4 Wagyu Beef & Thick-cut Beef Tongue ($198) The A4 wagyu beef is soft and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
