I went to a check-in restaurant with my bestie to celebrate her birthday. The restaurant was decorated with a carnival theme from indoor to rooftop, with Barbie pink and turquoise as the main colors. The highlight was the hot air balloon sofa check-in spot, with walls covered in floral prints. We ordered two main dishes, one snack, and a mocktail. The beef tartare was marinated with 10-year-old Italian vinegar, giving it a sweet and sour taste, and topped with freshly shaved black truffle slices for a richer flavor. My favorite was the Australian M7 Wagyu sirloin steak, which was grilled to medium and served with foie gras sauce, making it juicy and flavorful. The duck leg was slow-cooked to tender perfection, with a crispy golden skin, and served with kale salad and mashed potatoes to balance the greasiness. From the decor to the food, everything was unforgettable, especially the food. I didn't expect it to be so delicious, and every dish was worth the photo. I would love to come back for tea or drinks at the rooftop bar next time.
