🌿 A leisurely time at The Mel, a sentimental brunch cafe in the garden

#IndoorDate Hello! 😊 I visited **The Mel** located in Jubong Village, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju. This is a large brunch cafe famous for its spacious garden and emotional interior. The exterior of the cafe is a clean white building with green plants, giving it the feel of a European garden. From the entrance, cute cabins and sculptures welcome you, making it a great place to take pictures.  The first thing you notice when you enter is the large chandelier. Drinking coffee under the sparkling lights made the atmosphere feel even more special. In addition, thanks to the abundant green plants placed here and there, the entire space felt lively and healing.  The Mel's signature menu items include cream potato gnocchi, ragu rigatoni, and spinach pizza. The cream potato gnocchi has a soft and chewy texture that goes perfectly with the rich cream sauce. Ragu rigatoni is full of flavor with a rich tomato base and plenty of meat, and the spinach pizza boasts a light yet addictive taste with plenty of spinach on top of chewy cheese.  For dessert, I recommend the fresh strawberry cake and the amber butter pastry. The fresh strawberry cake has a light whipped cream, so even children can eat it without feeling burdened, and the sweet and sour taste is attractive because it has plenty of fresh strawberries.
