My second-floor room overlooked a tranquil emerald pond in the garden, making the getaway feel utterly immersive! We booked a Hot Pool Courtyard Room in the villa area, with shuttle service available (or a 3-minute walk to the lobby). The 24-hour heated private pool was perfect for a nighttime soak—pure bliss. The hotel feels like a hidden sanctuary. Once you step inside, the outside world fades away—noise, hustle, and stress stay firmly at the door. [Tableware] Dining: All three meals at the West Lake Bistro delivered surprises, especially the brunch with exquisite dishes, unlimited caviar, and cheese-baked lobster. Dinner offered romantic Italian flavors ideal for dates. The seasonal cocktails inspired by China’s 24 solar terms were brilliantly creative. The tomato broth in the seafood cod bowl was exceptionally flavorful.
