Once you arrive, a stunning panorama awaits you. Hakone is very popular among international visitors, so taking the first ropeway in the morning is recommended to avoid heavy crowds 🫡 (though this may vary depending on the season). You can enjoy the majestic view of Mount Fuji, and, believe it or not, Owakudani is famous for its black eggs, which are said to extend your life by 7 years 😏—the main reason for this trip. Of course, I bought a pack of four 😃🥚🥚🥚🥚. I ate two for breakfast and brought the other two home. With my lifespan extended by 14 years, I still had room in my stomach, so I tried the black curry bread. (Apologies for the photo with bite marks—it’s a testament to how delicious it was.) The bread was warm and absolutely delicious, so I highly recommend it! Having breakfast while enjoying the spectacular view was simply the best!
