Splashing Around Chilseon Valley

#summervacay If you’re ever near Jirisan and want something refreshing but not too hardcore, Chilseon Valley is the spot. I went there kind of just looking for a pretty walk, but it turned into this magical forest-waterfall adventure. The trail hugs the valley the whole way, so you get this constant soundtrack of rushing water. Super peaceful and kinda makes you forget about real life for a bit. There are little bridges, rocky paths, and secret spots to dip your feet in, perfect for a mid-hike chill. The waterfalls along the way? Beautiful. Not giant, but they’ve got that peaceful, tucked-away vibe. The air was super clean, and the mist from the water made everything feel cooler, even on a warm day. The trail isn’t crazy difficult, just a little up and down, but nothing too intense. I packed some kimbap, found a rock by the stream, and just zoned out for a while. Definitely one of my favorite chill nature escapes so far.
