Built in 1958 and officially opened to the public in 1959, the park spans approximately 33 hectares, with around 20 hectares covered by water. Centered around a large, scenic lake, the park features five peninsulas and one islet, all connected by elegant bridges like the Nine-Turn Bridge and Five-Arch Bridge.
