Michelin One Star at Bing Sheng in Guangzhou

These are some really enormous pineapple buns. And they were airy and fluffy and in the right sweetness. Bingsheng is a 1-star Michelin restaurant in the Tianhe district of Guangzhou. Serving new Cantonese cuisine, the food was all around excellent. We had the hand pulled roast chicken, its meat was smooth and juicy. Other dishes are prepared with skill and heart, with excellent presentation. Its char siu is a high-priced morsel but it really was very yummy. The enormous pineapple buns were an absolute highlight, amongst other great savory dishes. We thought we couldn't finish these huge pineapple buns, but they were not as filling as we thought. We each had half of one bun and enjoyed it. Reservation is recommended for this restaurant in Guangzhou. #foodie #cantonesefood #cantonesecuisine #guangzhoudining #guangzhou #china #southchina #localfood
