I really, really love Chaoshan!!! I've been dreaming about the food there since I got back from my trip. I thought I wouldn't be able to find authentic Chaoshan cuisine after I got back from my trip, but I didn't expect to find so many Chaoshan specialties on Beijing Road. It's like I'm back in Chaoshan. Oyster Pancake The freshly baked oyster pancake is really fragrant and crispy. It's so delicious that it leaves a lingering taste in your mouth. Chaoshan Marinated Shrimp Highly recommended by the staff! The marinated shrimp here is really fresh! It's very flavorful and the chewy texture is really good. Chaoshan Double Ball Soup The combination of beef balls and cuttlefish balls with seaweed soup is a perfect match.
