Haizhu Square - A full day of cultural enrichment

The Guangzhou Overseas Museum is a unique time travel story, explaining the relationship between overseas Chinese and mainlanders. Why did they leave? How did they establish Chinatowns? And what is their role in the modern day? One of the best museums I've ever visited. I took a 20 minute walk to visit the Cathedral. The Secret Heart Cathedral in Guangzhou is a beautiful place, with daily services for the local Cantonese, on Sunday in English and Mandarin. It has all the similarities of a European Gothic Church, it felt like a little piece of home.
