Check in Guangzhou Shamian Hall

#GreaterBayAreaFun There are two churches on Shamian Island, one is the "Our Lady of Lourdes Church" and the other is the "Shamian Church". According to information, Shamian Hall was built in the late Qing Dynasty around 1865 and was one of the earliest completed buildings on the island, along with the British Embassy at the time. The church was originally used for worship by foreign sailors at the Guangzhou trading port, and gradually developed into a public worship church for foreigners.
