Prime Location without Prime Pricing

Took a trip to Penang a few months back and really glad to have stumbled upon this hotel on Trip.com. Sunway Hotel Georgetown is located along New Lane that is famous for setting up roadside food stalls. So you’ll never run out of dinner options when you’re on your way back to the hotel. This location is also extremely central for taking Grab taxi’s everywhere. From Batu Ferringhi to Penang Hill, to even Gurney area. All took about the same time to reach from here. Moreover, if you’re not a fan of taking taxi, there are tons of places to explore on foot as well. We walked to the Cultural areas with all the murals from here and even Chulia Street. The bed was really comfy for a stiff mattress. Amenities were alright. Toilet wasn’t the cleanest but it provided everything that you’d need on a trip to Penang. Overall the only thing i’d minus a point from this place is the cleanliness. #penang #tripblazers #hotel #hôtel
