Unagi De's food experience

#AprilGoodDestinations2025 At **AMU Plaza** in Hakata, I visited the famous **Unagitoku**, which specializes in authentic eel dishes. The restaurant has an elegant environment, making people feel comfortable and relaxed. I ordered their signature eel rice. The eel was grilled to perfection, with a charred skin and tender meat. Paired with their special sauce, the taste was amazing. The rice is soft and glutinous, absorbing the deliciousness of the eel, making every bite full of happiness. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, caring about my dining needs at any time, making me feel at home. After the meal, I also tried the traditional matcha, the refreshing taste made the whole dining experience more perfect. This meal not only allowed me to taste the authentic eel, but also let me feel the enthusiasm and charm of Hakata. I look forward to coming again next time!
