A must-try in Fukuoka is the famous Mizutaki chicken. This time, I visited Mizutaki Torizen in Fukuoka, which I discovered through a YouTuber's recommendation. The restaurant overlooks the canal, offering a beautiful view. The food, from appetizers to desserts, was excellent, with the chicken sashimi being a delightful surprise. The star of the show, the Mizutaki chicken, was very tender, and the staff were very helpful in preparing it. The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable.
