Dazaifu Hatchan Ramen Tenjin Branch offers three types of ramen to choose from: simple tonkotsu, black miso, and red miso. There are 20 seats (12 at the counter and 8 at tables). This is a restaurant where you sit down after purchasing your ticket from the ticket machine. This time I ordered the simple tonkotsu ramen (700 yen). Topped with roast pork and spring onions. You can see a little back fat floating in the ramen. Side dishes include fried rice (600 yen), 10 gyoza (400 yen), and extra noodles (150 yen). There are also great value set menus with fried rice and gyoza. Business hours are from 10:00 to 18:00. Closed on Sundays.
