Mount Fuji is everywhere.

On February 25, 2024, I arrived at Lake Kawaguchi in Yamanashi Prefecture. It was snowing heavily that day, and I thought I might not be able to see Mount Fuji. However, I could still enjoy the snowy scenery. To my surprise, the next morning, the sky was clear, and as soon as I opened the curtains, there was Mount Fuji in all its glory. The photos can only capture a fraction of its magnificence. I visited the Kawaguchiko Music Forest, the Chureito Pagoda, and Oshino Hakkai. Each place offered stunning views of the snow-covered Mount Fuji, making it perfect for a five-day, four-night trip. However, if you plan to ride a bicycle, I recommend choosing a day with temperatures above 10 degrees Celsius. Otherwise, the snow on the roads might make it difficult to ride, and you might not even be able to rent a bike.
