Cross the Firth of Forth Bridge and arrive in the Scottish Highlands!

The Scottish Highlands, the northernmost part of Great Britain, is a place full of natural beauty and historical culture. I have always wanted to come here during my several visits to the UK, but I haven't been able to do so. This time I have arranged a three-day trip and finally I can take a good look at it! On the first day, we set out from Edinburgh, crossed the Firth of Forth Bridge, and officially entered the Scottish Highlands. The attractions along the way include: Forth Bridges, Pitlochry, Fort Augustus, Urquhart Castle, Castle and the mysterious Loch Ness, and stay in Inverness, the largest city in the northern Highlands at night. Day 2: Depart Inverness, pass Eilean Donan Castle, arrive at Isle of Skye, visit Old Man of Storr and Scottish kilt rock cliffs, and stay at a lakeside inn in Fort William at night. Unfortunately it rained on the third day, so we could only see Great Britain's highest peak, Ben Nevis mountain, and Glenfinnan Viaduct from a distance. Then we crossed the Glencoe Grand Canyon to the small town of Luss, visited Loch Lomond, the largest Loch in Great Britain, and finally arrived in Glasgow. Three days was a very tight schedule to complete the tour of the Scottish Highlands, so we could only have a quick tour, but it was worth the trip! Coming here is like arriving at a condensed version of Xinjiang and Qinghai, but the average altitude is less than 1,000 meters and there is no altitude sickness. During the three days, I also deeply experienced the four seasons in Great Britain and its ever-changing weather, "strong winds, sudden clouds, heavy rain and occasional clear weather". Due to the high latitude, the sky is very low and the clouds seem to be flying directly over my head. To the north across the sea is Iceland. It really feels like I've reached the end of the world!
