A UNESCO Treasure in the Clouds

#discoverchina Mount Emei is one of China’s most famous and sacred Buddhist mountains, known for beautiful temples, lush forests, and misty peaks. It’s also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many people visit to hike and see the Giant Buddha at nearby Leshan. During my trip, I hiked through ancient trails surrounded by clouds and greenery. Reaching the Golden Summit, I was greeted by the glowing Buddha and breathtaking views stretching into the horizon.
