[Ebisu] A new sushi bar serving black rice opens

A newly opened restaurant in Ebisu, with a good location and a beautiful storefront that stands out. It's popular and always full! There are counters, tables, and private rooms. At the counter, they make the sushi right in front of you, so it's great ◎ Recommended menu •Chrysanthemum salad •Ebi-Kani Gassen Kiwami •Hokkaido chrysanthemum scallops •Today's herb roll with Spanish mackerel and salmon •Snow crab black rice cocktail •Single nigiri: Horse mackerel, drinkable salmon, whole peony shrimp •Black rice cheese fried sushi roll •Miso soup for the end The menu is beautiful to look at, and some of it is not very photogenic. I've been to other Sushi Ebisu stores, but I think I like the Ebi-Kani Gassen here the best. The inside was covered with black rice. The food was delicious overall, but I also recommend the Snow Crab Black Rice Cocktail. I didn't think I ordered that much, but the black rice filled me up quite a bit and left me feeling satisfied. One of the restaurant's recommendations is the bamboo charcoal drink, and when I ordered the bamboo charcoal drink salt lemon sour, I got a really pitch black lemon sour! But it didn't taste of charcoal at all and was delicious. Other than that, they recommend wine and sake, and there are about 10 types of sake. I had them to go with the food.
