Khuon Tat Waterfall

🏊♀️🏊♀️ A chill and picturesque destination for swimming enthusiasts 📍Khuon Tat Waterfall, Tin Keo, Dinh Hoa, Thai Nguyen Khuon Tat Waterfall is one of the national scenic spots in Thai Nguyen, my hometown. Historically, Khuon Tat Waterfall served as the central base of the Viet Bac resistance area and was the headquarters for command and leadership during the prolonged resistance led by President Ho Chi Minh and the Central Party during the Indochina War (1946–1954). 🚌 Transportation: Located about 100km northwest of Hanoi, follow National Highway 3 (Hanoi - Thai Nguyen - Cao Bang) to km31, then turn left and go straight to the ATK Dinh Hoa Memorial House. From there, follow a small path by foot or motorbike for about 800m to witness the pristine beauty of the mountainous forest in the windy capital. 🍛 Must-try local dishes: - Dinh Hoa bamboo-tube rice - Tày people's wormwood cake - Binh Long tofu - Ha Chau black olive - Forest honey ✔️ Travel tips for visiting Khuon Tat Waterfall: - Check the weather forecast before your trip to minimize the risk of rain during your visit. - Prepare swimming gear and a change of clothes if you plan to swim and relax at the waterfall. - Maintain cleanliness at the waterfall and dispose of trash properly. - Bring essential medical supplies such as alcohol, bandages, and insect repellent spray. 📹 Additionally, while in Dinh Hoa, visitors can take some time to explore other historical sites such as the ATK Dinh Hoa area, Cho Chu Prison, Khau Ty Hill (where President Ho Chi Minh used to work), and Tin Keo Hill.
