I've wanted to see the snow mountain for a long time, but it only took a second to make the decision. It is said that those who see the sunrise on the golden mountain will be lucky for a whole year. With such expectations, we set off and arrived at 'The Far Home No.2 in Yubeng'. This is a guesthouse located at the entrance of the upper Yubeng Ice Lake. The scenic area does not allow foreign cars to enter, so friends who drive by themselves can park their cars at the entrance of the scenic area, then take an off-road vehicle into the scenic area, and the guesthouse will arrange free pick-up and drop-off after getting off the car!! The exterior of the guesthouse is a combination of logs and stones, and you can see the snow mountain not far away. The lobby on the first floor has sofas and a fireplace, and there are many books for viewing~ The rooms The guesthouse has a total of 8 guest rooms, each with a different style. There are many types of rooms, double rooms, twin rooms, family rooms, we stayed in a double room this time, the room is very large and clean, with plenty of light, it's so comfortable to look at the snow mountain from the large floor-to-ceiling window! The room has floor heating! The bathroom is separated from the wet and dry without any smell, the bedding and mattress are particularly soft and skin-friendly~ ~ It's easy to fall asleep. Meals The meal fee includes breakfast, dinner, hiking energy pack and even afternoon tea, and they will provide meals in different ways. The owner is a Cantonese who mainly serves Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine, especially the free-range chicken hot pot, yak soup, wild prawns, etc. for dinner. It really feels like returning to a faraway home, and I don't want to leave. Service The landlady is super enthusiastic. When we came in by the village pickup truck, the landlady was warmly welcoming us at the door, and the food cooked by the boss is really delicious! You really have to come and try the boss's cooking skills, and the boss will also contact you in advance about dietary taboos, which is really super warm. The landlady's mother and brother are very enthusiastic and thoughtful, and they often give us travel advice to avoid us taking detours. Knowing that we are going to the ice lake, the boss will also kindly prepare sandwiches, trekking poles and backpacks for us, which really moved us. The boss will also take our dirty clothes to wash, and the wet shoes and coats will be dried for us, and they will also prepare hot red bean soup for us, which is warm and comforting.
