Hin Tan Lam Pachi Temple

Wat Hin Taen Lam Pachi, Nong Phai Subdistrict, Dan Makham Tia District, Kanchanaburi Province, is another beautiful temple in the province. It has a white glass chapel on a swan boat. There is a large golden statue of Somdej Phra Phutthacharn To in front of the temple. As for the meaning of the glass chapel on the swan boat, the white color of the chapel means white glass, which means the Lord Buddha is a great benefactor who shines throughout the human world and the universe. The Suphannahong boat means leading humans across the cycle of rebirth to Buddhahood. Inside the chapel, there is a principal Buddha image named Somdej Phuttaratnamuni Sri Sotorn, surrounded by 80 great disciples. It is also the place where Luang Pho Than Jai, the sacred Buddha image of the temple, is enshrined.
