During my trip, I discovered two culinary gems that perfectly captured both tradition and creativity. My first stop was Ao Shen Yu Shi (澳深鱼市), a seafood restaurant known for its warm service and exceptional freshness. I ordered their salmon, and it was nothing short of amazing!! Thick, tender, and incredibly flavorful. Each bite melted in my mouth, making it clear this was seafood at its best. For any seafood lover, this place is a must. Looking for something more daring, I headed to Long Long Ago (爱龙龙), where I tried a surprising dish: sea urchin served with vanilla ice cream. It may sound unusual, but the balance between the creamy sweetness and the rich, oceanic taste of the urchin was shockingly delicious. Served inside the shell, the presentation was just as impressive as the flavor.
