Dalian Ruffle Hilton Hotel Located on the oceanfront, if you choose the ocean view room you can see the ocean. It's a little far from the downtown area and there aren't many restaurants nearby. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the center. You can get to the Conrad next door by using the walkway. The front desk staff and bell staff didn't speak any English, so it was difficult. The crepe-like food with cheese and ham that I had for breakfast was delicious.
