Sprague Lake Rocky Mountain National Park

The area is popular not only for fishing but hiking and even snowshoeing in the harsh winter As we know rocky mountain national park is chargeable to enter but not sprague lake, this lake is free to enter and there are 2 hiking routes to choose from. You can do a 5.5mile long hike or just the half mile hike around the lake which is virtually flat and easy to walk, possibly even wheel chair friendly due to its packed gravel surface.
