📍Horseshoe Bend Horseshoe Bend is one of the most popular tourist spots on the American Grand Circle tour. It is located in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and is managed by the National Park Service. You might think that you can use your National Park annual pass, but unfortunately, you cannot use your American National Pearl annual pass here. In the past, you had to walk along a sandy or gravel road to the observation area, but a few years ago, a parking lot and a promenade from the parking lot were built, making it much easier to walk☺️ This scenic spot was formed by the meandering of the Colorado River, and it was named Horseshoe Bend because the river looks like it is making a sharp curve in the shape of a horseshoe. The emerald green water and the sandstone cliffs that are hard to believe were formed naturally are breathtaking👏 The sun will be backlit in the evening, so if you want to take beautiful photos, we recommend going around noon!
