Walk Before Breakfast

#hellohalloween There’s a peaceful trail that runs along the back of the hotel, beside the River Suir. I took it at sunrise, when the world was still. The grass was damp, the sky pale pink, and the sound of water made everything else fade. It’s one of those walks that clears your mind — no noise, no rush, just air and movement. By the time I returned, the smell of toast and coffee drifted through the lobby, and I felt calm, steady, ready for the day ahead.
