Chuncheon Sinbuk, a far away but delicious Makguksu restaurant!

It's not like going from Gangneung City to Jumunjin-eup. First of all, there aren't many transportation options, and even if you arrive at Sinbuk-eup, you still have to go quite a distance. In other words, it's located in a rural area that's almost impossible to get to by public transportation. Therefore, I recommend using your own car. ----- If you go up the winding mountain~ Why? Many people might ask why you're going all the way here to eat makguksu. In fact, my roommate was against it when I told him to go all the way to Chuncheon Sinbuk-eup to eat makguksu. There are many delicious restaurants in Chuncheon City, and there are many places to eat easily, such as Nambu Makguksu or Cheongsong Makguksu. However, I went to Sinbuk to see what kind of taste it was and why I went there myself. It took about 30 minutes, considering my inexperience as it was my first time there. Hmm... ------ After getting out of the car and entering the restaurant! How did I get into Yupo-ri Makguksu, write in the entry list, and sit down. Even though it was 2 PM and there were no people, the tables were constantly full. It must be a delicious restaurant. Makguksu is largely divided into two types: bibim makguksu and mul makguksu, and is further divided into oil-based makguksu and dongchimi makguksu. Yupo-ri has dongchimi makguksu. There is a place in Gangneung that is famous for dongchimi makguksu, so I was curious about what it would taste like in Chuncheon, the hometown. I also ordered makguksu and chaltteok boiled pork. ------ It's unique. It's unusual Usually, when you order boiled pork or boiled pork, lettuce, perilla leaves, garlic, onions, shrimp paste, and seasoned pollack or dried radish are provided additionally, but Yupo-ri only has shrimp paste. What is it? What is it? I looked around thinking that maybe we were the only ones who didn't get it because of a mistake, but everyone was eating shrimp paste!!! My seasoned pollack! Well... This is the way this restaurant operates, so we have to follow the rules. Then what about the makguksu? What about it? The makguksu was seasoned makguksu with dongchimi as the main ingredient. For those who don't like seasoning, you can adjust the seasoning sauce separately. I prefer bibim, so I put in more seasoning sauce. --- The first taste was bland. The second taste was rich. The third taste was savory! The first taste was...umm...too plain and clean? It was more than clean, it was bland. It was incredibly refreshing, but it was disappointing. And then the next, the noodles. The green onions and seaweed powder in the seasoning sauce went down my throat together. The next taste was a popular taste with a savory and slightly spicy flavor. And the next was noodles. This time I ate it with dongchimi radish, and it was really great because the unique makguksu flavor came alive when I ate it with a little broth. The Yupo-ri Makguksu strategy is to eat the seaweed powder + dongchimi radish + broth all at once, and it was amazing. ------ After the whole thing... I drank a bowl of makguksu in one shot. It was so filling. I thought there was a reason why people eat here.
