Coexistence of Nature and Culture The design responds to Chongqing’s regional characteristic as the “Mountain and Water Mist City” by simulating the terrain of the mountain city through undulating roof curves and archway structures, and artistically recreating the local “Diaojiaolou” (stilt houses) elements, linking Bayu history with modern style. Exploration of the Five Senses “Exploring the five senses in space,” the entrance awakens the senses through aromatherapy🌷, floral art, wall installations, and background music. The lighting deliberately uses a “dim atmosphere” to guide guests to deepen environmental interaction by touching natural materials such as stone and wood. 🎨 2. Spatial Features and Aesthetic Expression 1. Colors and Materials White and red contrast: The plain white walls symbolize inclusiveness (decorated with installations of harmonious coexistence between humans and animals), while the reddish areas display traditional ceramics, metaphorically representing Chongqing’s passionate history and jianghu culture. Natural elements: Extensive use of greenery🌿, stone, and wood, paired with snake-pattern carpets and handicrafts, creates a vibrant “forest prairie” style dining area, conveying the diversity of life. Integration of Light, Shadow, and Landscape The 270° river view suites maximize the presentation of the confluence of two rivers and mountain scenery, with the difference in morning and evening light inspiring guests to reflect on “smallness and grandeur.” Public areas use “floral cluster” lighting💡 combined with floor-to-ceiling glass and round sliding doors to introduce natural light, forming dynamic layers of light and shadow. 🏞️ 3.
