Wachiratharn Waterfall | Chiang Mai

Wachiratharn Waterfall is a large waterfall in Doi Inthanon National Park, Chom Thong District, Chiang Mai Province. It was originally called Tad Kong Yong Waterfall. It originated from a stream in the Mae Klang Stream on the summit of Doi Inthanon, flowing through the forest until it became a large, 1-tiered waterfall with a height of about 70 meters. It has a shady atmosphere and can be reached by car. It is considered one of the most popular rest stops in the park. Wachiratharn Waterfall has 2 main viewpoints: the front where you can see the magnificent view of the waterfall up close, and the top of the waterfall where you can see the view of the water flowing down to the ground from a high angle.
