#0yentravelJanuary2025 I traveled by train in China for a week, from Dalian → Shenyang → Harbin → Dandong → Beijing → Dalian. Dalian → Old-style cars reminiscent of the Japanese era are still on the streetcars Shenyang → Used to pull the South Manchuria Railway "Asia" again Harbin → European-style streets and ice festival Dandong → North Korea on the opposite bank, enjoying Pyongyang cold noodles Beijing → Tiananmen Square, the Great Wall, typical Chinese scenery I enjoyed visiting various places. Round-trip airfare to China is relatively cheap, and the food is also mostly to Japanese tastes, so it's a comfortable place to stay.
