(Chiayi) Happiness Hill Delicious Tokachi Ice Cream Shop

#Taiwan Local Tour I highly recommend Happy Hill. The whole park is very well organized and admission is free, which is very kind. It is beautiful and great for taking photos. There is a cute little handmade bread and ice cream shop in the park. Their specialty is milk from Tokachi, Hokkaido, Japan. The price is not cheap at NT$160, but we got a NT$50 discount coupon when dining in the cafe, so we decided to give it a try. We chose to serve it in cups, the portion was quite large, and it was decorated with corn flakes and biscuits. The visual effect was great and it felt quite lively. The ice cream is smooth and has a rich milky flavor, which is pretty good!
