A tortuous room change: Chiayi Guange Hotel - Business Twin Room

We stayed in a business twin room at Chiayi Guan Ge Hotel for three nights. The room is 30 square meters in size and has two 120 cm beds. The beds are a bit firmer, which is what I like, but the process of changing rooms for this room was full of twists and turns. The first time, the housekeeping gave me room 507 on the fifth floor. The wooden floor was ok, but why was there a hanging chair in the room and no coffee table for dining? It didn't match the photos on the official website. I told the housekeeping and they said that part of the room had been updated, so it would not match the photos, and they would help us change it. Then they moved us to the third floor. It was an old room before the decoration, with carpet. You could obviously feel that the floor was uneven, and you could see that the chair was crooked, so I told them again and they moved us to room 505. It was ok. I was a little embarrassed when I asked for a room change, but I had to fight for my rights. The first time there was a smell in the room, not sure if it was pet smell or smoke aroma eliminator.
