You can find it if you go to Chiang Rai in northern Thailand ♡ It is held in December (dry season), the hot climate of Thailand, which is the most comfortable of the year. Admission is free, and the stalls on the way to the festival are the highlight! ! ! You can get fruits and foods you've never seen in Japan at local prices!
