Share a 3-day, 2-night Chiang Mai rainy season travel plan This trip took place at the end of August. It was a trip that healed the hearts of people who love nature and green spaces like us. It was a trip that had everything from forests, mountains, rain, and fog. Day 1 •We arrived in Chiang Mai in the morning. After having a full meal in the city, we started our journey. •We stopped to admire the beauty of the “Ang Ka Nature Trail” located in Doi Inthanon National Park. Even though it was rainy season, the temperature was still around 10 degrees. •We walked until we were tired and stopped to have some drinks and snacks at “22 Aquarius Glamping & Cafe”. This place is both a cafe and accommodation. When we went, the hydrangeas were starting to bloom, so we got to take pictures with the hydrangeas. •In the afternoon, we headed to Ban Pa Bong Piang, our accommodation for the night. We stayed at “Baan Phi Sonchai” for 700 baht/person, with 2 meals provided. Day 2 •This morning, we took pictures along the rice terraces. Last night, it rained lightly, so this morning we encountered fog. •We continued our journey at around 11 am, heading to Mae Chaem District. •And stopped for coffee at “Pema Cafe”, a cute cafe with delicious coffee. •Tonight we stayed at “Hug Khao Na Mae Chaem”, a homestay with a nice atmosphere, privacy, and close to nature. The cost of the house is 4,200 baht, sleeps 6 people, including 2 full meals. Day 3 •After checking out, we stopped by Mae Ya Waterfall, one of the waterfalls that we think is one of the most beautiful in Chiang Mai. To get to the waterfall, you have to walk or if you don’t want to walk, you can take a motorcycle taxi halfway. •In the afternoon, we arrived at Chiang Mai Airport to prepare for our flight back to Bangkok. Let me tell you that this 3-day, 2-night trip is an easy trip near Chiang Mai city, plus you get to experience nature, a full 10, no deductions.
