There are two floors inside. The main exhibits are Buddhist statues, wooden candlesticks, pagodas and other handicrafts and daily utensils from the Lanna Kingdom from the 15th to 19th centuries. To be honest, both the quantity and the portion are incomparable to the Bangkok National Museum. The more famous ones include: the 1581 stone tablet discovered in Chiang Man Temple, which describes the founding of Chiang Mai; the 180-centimeter-high bronze Buddha head from the 15th century; the royal costumes, wooden thrones, and sedan chairs from the 18th century ; The most beautiful exhibit is a two-meter-high wooden Buddha footprint and so on. 📷Visiting tips: You can take pictures inside the museum, but you must not touch it. This is a taboo for Thai people. It is far away from some famous tourist gathering places such as the ancient city of Chiang Mai and Chiang Mai University.
