I found this place by chance while walking, and it's a market that I've never heard of before, perhaps because it's more famous among locals than tourists. It's not a large market, but it's a small but cutely decorated flea market. The indoor area is filled with food stalls, and the outdoor area is a good place to spend time drinking beverages or alcohol. I visited during the day on a weekday, so many places were closed, but I heard that if you go on a weekend evening, there are more people and it's a bit more crowded.
