Wat Phra That Doi Suthep Ratchaworawihan, a temple that is a symbol of Chiang Mai

He built it to enshrine a large relic by using an auspicious elephant to predict the location of the relic to be enshrined. Wat Phra That Doi Suthep is approximately 1,053 meters above sea level and approximately 730 meters higher than Chiang Mai, giving a wide view of Chiang Mai.
